Belarusian Nikolai Alekseev, a participant in the 2020 protests, was killed in Karelia by FSB officers. They wanted to pin a case of terrorist attack on him, Astra reports.
The FSB said that Alekseev allegedly resisted arrest and planned to undermine the administration in the city of Olonets.
