Representatives of the enslaved nations of Russia called on the USA and its allies to support Ukraine in its struggle against the “Russian genocidal war” until the complete victory of Ukraine and the de-occupation of all Ukrainian territories.
In the declaration, representatives of various nations who live on the territory of Russia and consider their lands “occupied by the Kremlin” say that only the complete victory of Ukraine can bring freedom to these nations.
“Any real and significant changes to the territory of the fake Russian “Federation” are impossible without a complete and unconditional defeat in the genocidal war against Ukraine,” says the declaration, which was adopted on 16 April by representatives of the enslaved nations of Russia – from Karelia and Ingria ( Leningrad region) in the west to Buryatia and Kamchatka in the east.
The participants of the Forum of the Free States of Post-Russia, which was held in Washington, believe that “decolonization and de-imperialization of the territories of Northern Eurasia” “can become a reality only in the context of the complete de-occupation and victory of Ukraine.”
“Therefore, all forms of assistance – military, financial, diplomatic, informational and material – should be provided to Ukraine in the struggle for international law, peace, and freedom, not only in full but also without delays and interruptions caused by bureaucratic procedures that directly contribute the continuation of Moscow’s militarism and imperial expansion”, says the adopted Washington declaration of the forum.
The participants of the conference discussed the issue of liberating their peoples from Russian colonial rule. They believe that various methods are suitable for achieving this goal – from peaceful protests to armed struggle.
They called on all supporters of freedom and independence to maintain contact with each other, to create public unions and organizations, as well as partisan associations, to liberate from the rule of the Moscow Empire such territories as Bashkortostan, Sakha (Yakutia), Ingria (Leningrad Region), Cherkessia, Chuvashia, Siberia, Buryatia, Karelia, Ingushetia, Kuban, Altai, Pskov, Tuva, Ural Novgorod, Pomorie, Don and others.
In general, representatives of more than 40 indigenous peoples, as they say, “occupied by Muscovy”, participate in the forum of the free states of Post-Russia.
The international community and public platform that unites the leaders of the movements of the enslaved nations and regions of modern Russia and sets itself the goal of the disintegration of Russia was created in the spring of 2022 by the Ukrainian activist Oleg Magaletsky in response to Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine and the strengthening of the authoritarian-totalitarian practices of the Russian regime and the allied regime of Belarus. On 17 March 2023, the Forum was recognized as an undesirable organization in Russia.
One of the participants of the forum is the former Russian deputy of the State Duma Ilya Ponomaryov, who does not rule out that the decolonization of Russia can take place by armed means. According to him, after the change of regime in Moscow, those nations who declare their independence should be allowed to realize it.
Leaders of the national liberation movements of the nations enslaved by Moscow, as well as representatives of the political and diplomatic sectors of the EU and the USA, took part in the Tenth Forum, which was held at the Jamestown Foundation analytical center in Washington, including the analyst of the Jamestown Foundation, the author of the book “The Incompetent State. Instructions for dismantling Russia” Janusz Bugajski and three former US ambassadors Peter Mattis, John Herbst and William Taylor.
The first forum of the free states of Post-Russia was held in Warsaw in May 2022, then meetings were held in the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Belgium – within the walls of the European Parliament, in the USA, Japan, Great Britain, France and Italy.
