For reference:
In the second half of 2024, the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations launched an international human rights project “Putin’s Real Prisoners. Political Prisoners of the Enslaved Nations.”
As part of the project, a thematic poster exhibition of the same name was created, based on the stories of Zarema Musayeva (Chechnya), Altan Ochirov (Oirat-Kalmykia), Natalia Filonova (Buryatia), Mikhail Afanasyev (Khakassia), Ayrat Dilmukhametov (Bashkortostan), Parvinakhan Abuzarova (Tatarstan), Fail Alsynov (Bashkortostan), Aleksandr Gabyshev (Sakha-Yakutia), Zarifa Sautieva (Ingushetia), Andrey Vasyurenko (Karelia), Crimean Tatar activists Asan Akhtemov and Raif Fevziyev, as well as five ethnic Ukrainians, citizens of the Russian Federation, who were convicted by the Kremlin’s repressive machine for their active civic position and for being Ukrainians by origin.
To maximize the dissemination of information about the political repressions directed by the Putin regime against activists of the national liberation movements of enslaved nations and ethnic Ukrainians, a World Tour of presentations of the ABN human rights project was initiated.
The first foreign presentation of the project took place on 19 November 2024, in the Parliament of Canada. During 2025, the human rights project was presented in the USA, Canada, Germany, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Moldova, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, and the Czech Republic. The presentations were successful and had a good resonance in the media, among human rights activists, and the public.
