Ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Volodymyr Ohryzko: “The false standard in the perception of our Western partners is the stereotype that Russia was, is and will be. Fear of uncertainty, the possibility of civil war, the issue of solving the problem of storing nuclear weapons prevent us from going beyond this stereotype.
But taking into account the fact that the policy of the West is reactive, it is necessary to create a precedent for the struggle for the freedom of enslaved nations.
The West must understand that it benefits from the transformation and decolonization of Russia.
Ogryzko stated this during the international scientific-expert conference “Challenges for Ukraine and the future of the Russian Empire”.
