We call on all democratic and civilized countries that have signed the Declaration of Human Rights, as well as countries that have forcibly experienced oppression and oppression from the Moscow imperial regime, to officially recognize the genocide, forced assimilation and expulsion of the Circassian people from their lands, as well as genocide , forced assimilation committed against the Tatar people for 470 years.
On the territory of modern Tatarstan, as in other areas of compact historical living, the Tatar people continue to be actively brought into the state of an ethnic minority, and the new laws adopted by Moscowy regarding the enslaved peoples contribute to a greater Russification of our people.
The perfidious full-scale invasion of Russia into sovereign Ukraine and the disclosure of its imperial essence gives the representatives of the Circassian people the opportunity to fight at the international, legal level for the recognition of the genocide, the expulsion and assimilation of the Circassians, as well as the representatives of the Tatar people to fight for the recognition of the Independence of Tatarstan, expressed in the vote in the 1992 Referendum year, in which all international rules and procedures were observed, where more than 60% of those who voted in democratic elections were in favor of independence.
