In another current resolution of the European Parliament, extremely important words are recorded:
“A decisive victory for Ukraine can lead to real changes in the Russian Federation, including de-imperialization, decolonization and re-federalization, which are necessary conditions for the establishment of democracy in Russia.”
The terms de-imperialization and decolonization of Russia are passing from the language of experts to political decisions.
