From March 9 to 11, Lithuania will be visited by a delegation of the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations (ABN), a public organization founded based on the well-known Bandera organization Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations, which was created after the Second World War “to fight against Moscow communism in all countries of the world.”
“The organization has gained great importance in the world. Now we have another challenge when we need to destroy the Moscow empire – the source of war and danger in the world. That is why Lithuania, as a partner of Ukraine, volunteered to provide a platform for negotiations on holding a World Congress of members of the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations, which will be attended by up to a hundred delegates from various countries that are currently under the occupation of Muscovy. From Sakha of Yakutia and Idel of the Urals to veterans of the anti-communist movement in Europe and America,” Rostyslav Martyniuk, co-editor of the scientific collection “Liquidation of Russian Empire”, published in Ukraine as part of the Bandera readings, as well as an expert of the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations.
Lithuania will be visited by two leading figures of the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations, Oleh Vitvitskyi and Oleh Medunytsya, who have mandates to organize, approve and hold the Congress in June. The Seimas of Lithuania will hold talks with the vice-speaker of the parliament Paulus Saudargas about the details of holding this forum. Deputies of the Seimas will receive an invitation to participate in it and will be familiarized with the program of the event planned for June.

“This is a very important event. And it must take place in Vilnius. It is now the capital for enslaved nations. Kyiv is the fighting one, and Vilnius is the administrative one,” Rostyslav Martyniuk emphasized.
The programme of the delegates’ stay includes a commemoration of Shevchenko near his monument in Vilnius, which will be held together with Vice-Speaker Paulus Saudargas on March 9 at 10 a.m.
At noon, during the discussion of the topic of Opposition to the Russian Empire in the “Svoi” Discussion Club, the representatives of the ABN will present to its participants a scientific collection called “Liquidation of the Russian Empire”.
There are more than 30 articles on various issues of the disintegration of the Russian Federation and the creation of new independent states on its territory.
The collection was published for the first time in Ukraine as part of the Bandera readings in English. Therefore, it will be convenient to introduce to any audience in Europe.
The collection will also be presented and handed over to libraries, to interested persons, as well as in the Seimas of Lithuania during the solemn events on March 11 on the occasion of the restoration of the country’s independence by Oleg Medunitsa, the head of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists-Banderivtsi (OUN(b)), who was invited to the ceremony.

“As you know, the national liberation movement was supported by Lithuania itself, and Yevhen Konovalets – a colonel, founder and first head of the OUN, other leading figures of the OUN had Lithuanian passports in the interwar period. Even after the murder of Yevhen Konovalets by an NKVD agent in Rotterdam, Yevhen Konovalets Litovske took care of the solemn funeral Embassy as a Lithuanian citizen. That is why the connection between Ukraine and Lithuania at the moment of joint struggle against the age-old enemy – the Moscow Empire is a century old. Today, at a time of crisis, when Moscow is again trying to develop an offensive, to undermine Ukrainian statehood, to weaken Ukraine’s support in the world, the Ukrainian delegation is going to fight, on the contrary, for the liberation of the enslaved nations of Russia, not only Ukraine. Not only for the security of Lithuania and Europe but also for the disintegration of the evil empire and the restoration of independent states. This is the mission of Oleg Medunitsa and Oleg Vitvitskyi. They will also meet, I hope, with Oleg and Olena Holovatenko, representatives of the now authoritative Ukrainian editorial board of LRT,” Rostyslav Martyniuk stressed.

Oleh Vitvitskyi is the vice-rector of the Ukrainian University of Free Nations, a university where representatives of enslaved nations are trained. This university, which created the OUN (b) and the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations, creates professional officials for the future restored states on the territory of the Russian Federation from Sakha Yakutia, ending with Karelia, from the Caucasus to the Idel Urals.
