A Memorandum on cooperation and coordinating efforts was just signed in Kyiv between the Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on preparing the Project of the main principles of state policy on interaction with the national movements of small and indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation on the one hand, and the international organization Free Nations League on the other.
The parties have confirmed their commitment to the UN Charter, recognize the colonial nature of the subjects of the so-called Russian Federation and agreed to cooperate to coordinate efforts in the informational, legislative and international political spheres to strengthen the national liberation struggle of the enslaved nations, the collapse of Russia and the creation of independent states on the ruins of the aggressor country.

The memorandum was signed during the conference “Rights of Indigenous Enslaved Nations of the Russian Federation”
