This is a unique study not only in Ukraine but also in the world, which for the first time presents a comprehensive view of the history and struggle for freedom of peoples and lands in the territory of the modern Russian Federation – in the Caucasus, in Siberia, among the Finnish and Turkic peoples.

It is symbolic that it was in warring Kyiv that an international team of authors was able to gather to write the book. Among them are Ukrainian researchers, experts, and soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

From the side of the temporarily occupied peoples – cultural figures, scientists and leaders of national movements – from Bashkortostan, Circassia, Tatarstan, Buryatia, Ichkeria and many others.

Dozens of episodes from past centuries and recent decades fit together into a puzzle that allows us to appreciate in a new way the fragility of the Muscovite empire and the constant desire for freedom of the people it conquered.

Only the Russian-Ukrainian war opened up a unique opportunity for them to finally throw off the yoke of Moscow colonialism and imperialism and become masters of their destiny on their own land.

Pre-ordering the book will last until 20 February 2025. To receive it, you must familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions and fill out the form at the link.
