On 26 February 2025, the Committee of the Independent Siberian Confederation received an official representative in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). He was the leader of the Chechen national liberation movement “United Force”, and a graduate of the University of Free Nations, Dzhambulat Suleymanov.
“Dzhambulat Suleymanov has received an official mandate to make statements, disseminate messages, present documents and hold meetings with representatives of the Council of Europe on behalf of the Committee of the Independent Siberian Confederation. Only through joint efforts will we achieve universal prosperity and freedom!” the Committee said in a statement.
Commenting on the appointment, Dzhambulat Suleymanov noted that it is an honour for him to represent the interests of the Committee in PACE: “This is a great responsibility for me and the Chechen national liberation movement “United Force” led by me. But I am sure that the path will be paved by those who follow. Our enemy is strong, and it will not be easy for us. Our unity and mutual trust are all the more important. The “United Force” team will do everything possible to achieve success and meet your expectations,” Suleymanov said.
He also thanked the President of the Institute of Post-Russian Regions, Andrius Almanis, for his trust, expressing confidence that the joint struggle will lead to new opportunities for people striving for freedom and independence.
