Anti-imperial Block of Nations

People’s deputies from various factions, representatives of enslaved peoples: Erzya, Oirat-Kalmyks, Sakha-Yakuts, Ingush, Dagestanis, Buryats and others, public and political figures, human rights defenders and journalists were present at the meeting.

Participants of the event agreed on the position that Ukraine should become a center of support for enslaved peoples, and the division of the Moscow empire into individual national states should be a guarantee of the security of Ukraine and the entire civilized world.
This, in particular, was emphasized by the Head of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (Bandera) Oleh Medunytsia, opening the discussion. “Our common task,” he addressed the participants of the meeting, “is to change the political map of the world so that new free countries of free peoples will appear in the place of the great “prison of nations”.

Oleh Medunytsia also noted the relevance of the revival of the ABN in the format of the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations at the current stage of the struggle. “At one time, ABN played one of the key roles in the collapse of the Bolshevik empire,” the Head of the OUN (b) emphasized. – We must use the experience and traditions of our predecessors for the final division of Putin’s Russia.”

The position of the Leader of the OUN (b) was supported by the People’s Deputies of Ukraine. In particular, Oleh Dunda, co-chairman of the inter-factional association “For Decolonization and Dismantling of the Russian Empire”, noted that after Prigozhyn’s rebellion, the issue of Russia’s collapse was on the agenda in Europe and around the world. “Now is a unique time and a unique opportunity to raise the issue of the liberation of enslaved nations both among our Western partners and in the middle of the federation,” the People’s Deputy believes. Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, the first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ukraine (The Supreme Council of Ukraine) committee on anti-corruption policy, noted the need to develop a concept of interaction between Ukraine and enslaved nations at the state level. “The very fact of the participation of representatives of these nations in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine obliges us to actively and widely implement the cause of supporting national liberation movements,” Yaroslav Yurchyshyn emphasized.

The speeches of representatives of enslaved peoples were united by the leitmotif of readiness to fight for their own freedom with weapons in hand, as well as recognition of the crucial role of Ukraine in preparing for the future national liberation struggle. The representative of the Sakha-Yakut people, Vladyslav Amosov, who is participating in the fighting for the liberation of Ukraine in the southern direction, especially emphasized the need to form national units within the Armed Forces. According to Inyazor of the Erzyan people and one of the leaders of the Free Nations League Syres Bolyaen, military formations of enslaved peoples as part of the Ukrainian army will become the basis for the creation of national liberation armies that will destroy the Moscow empire. “Ukraine must play a leading role in this process,” the leader of the Erzyan movement agreed with the speeches of his predecessors, “and we are ready for close cooperation in developing a joint platform of struggle.” The head of the Caucasian Union, Dzhabrail Mirzoyev, declared the readiness of the Caucasian nations for maximum unification for the sake of the struggle for independence and the collapse of Russia.

Vladimir Dovdanov, deputy chairman of the Oirad-Kalmyk People’s Congress, noted that the time has come when Ukraine and the enslaved nations need to directly develop relations in the political, military and economic spheres. “There is a short distance between Ukraine and Oirat-Kalmykia. Therefore, the foundation for future cooperation should be laid today, Dovdanov emphasized. – For this, we are ready to start negotiations with both state and public structures in Ukraine.” And a day later, after this statement, the Memorandum on partnership and cooperation between the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (Bandera) and the Congress of the Oyrad-Kalmytsky People was signed.

The speech of the representative of the Movement for the Independence of Buryatia, Maryna Khanhalayeva, was particularly emotional. She accused the imperial authorities of the deliberate destruction of dozens of peoples, including in the crucible of war with Ukraine, of erasing the national memory of the Buryat and other enslaved peoples. “There is no beautiful Russia of the future and there cannot be!” – Maryna Khanhalayeva finished her speech.

Human rights defender, journalist and representative of ABN-Kavkaz Elkhan Nuriev, co-founder of the Crimean League for the Protection of Human Rights, Crimean Tatar dissident Sinaver Kadyrov, officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and political analyst Mykhailo Basarab also took part in the discussion. Leontiy Shypilov, the coordinator of the informational and political project “Freedom of Nations”, expressed his conviction that it is necessary to develop a post-Soviet vision today, to discuss a kind of road map for the formation of new state entities on the ruins of the empire.

During the meeting, many other opinions and proposals were voiced, which will be sent to Ukrainian state institutions. The participants of the discussion agreed that in order to achieve effective support for the enslaved peoples, it is necessary to develop a state concept of interaction of Ukraine with the enslaved nations of the Russian Federation; implement the process of Ukraine’s support of enslaved nations in the sphere of state policy by creating specialized state departments and institutions; to create institutions on the basis of which to prepare representatives of enslaved nations for state-building processes; establish effective cooperation regarding the formation of national military units, which will become the basis of the liberation armies, as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; to develop a state information policy on conveying truthful information about the struggle and activities of representatives of enslaved nations to both foreign partners and residents of the national republics of the Russian Federation; to establish at the state level, – according to the analogue of the US legislation, – “Week of enslaved peoples”, to be celebrated annually in the third week of July.

Summing up the event, the Head of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (Bandera) Oleh Medunytsia emphasized: “Today, when Putin continues to push tens of thousands of representatives of the indigenous nations of Russia into the furnace of Russian aggression, the enlightenment of their consciousness will inevitably come. And they will rise. Already now we give them a signpost and convince them that they will not win freedom without sacrifices, but they will have decisive support in their struggle.

And this support center will be Kyiv and Ukraine!

And the Moscow empire will be completely destroyed!”
