“ABN. In the Struggle for the Freedom of Nations” (Toronto, 1947) is a political pamphlet published by the Ukrainian émigré community in Canada. The work presents the ideology and goals of the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations (ABN), an international coalition of representatives of nations oppressed by Soviet rule. The author outlines the organisation’s origins, its political programme and the role of the Ukrainian liberation movement in promoting a common anti-communist struggle. Intended primarily for the Ukrainian diaspora, the publication served as an educational and propaganda text that explained the concept of a united front of captive nations striving for independence.
