Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Military Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, speaks during the international forum “Information Warfare: From Resistance to Resilience” about modern challenges in the field of cognitive security, Russian manipulations, and the role of states, media, and civil society in shaping information resilience.
