Anti-imperial Block of Nations

This document defines Ukraine’s attitude towards the peoples enslaved by Moscow, the conditions and mechanisms for supporting their struggle for freedom.

Although the project was developed by a specially created parliamentary commission and submitted by almost 80 deputies last year, its consideration was constantly slowed down under various far-fetched pretexts. But now there are no formal obstacles to the adoption of this extremely important law: it was supported by the relevant committee, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and all key departments.

Without the development of national liberation movements and the decolonisation of the Russian Empire, neither a lasting victory nor a lasting peace is possible.

This is Koshchei’s needle, in which his death is hidden. The Kremlin is very well aware of this. And they should finally clearly realise it in Ukraine, rejecting their own stereotypes, Russian narratives, and the fears of Western partners.

Today, on the birthday of the UPA, let us remember its immortal slogan: “Freedom for nations! Freedom for the Individual!”
