Appeal
Dear Mr. President!
Dear Mr. Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada!
The Circassian people, who live both within the borders of their historical homeland and abroad, in the diaspora, on behalf of the Council of United Circassia, express their deep and sincere gratitude to you and, in your name, to the entire Ukrainian nation, to the legislators of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, for the solidarity and compassion shown to the long-suffering Circassian people!
The political will, support and compassion you have shown for the Circassian people cannot be overestimated. We understand the difficult political conditions in which you have made this difficult decision. The Ukrainian people are currently going through the most difficult period in their history, fighting for their freedom and survival. The Circassian people were destroyed and expelled from their native land by the same empire that Ukraine is fighting on the battlefield today and like no one else understand the full burden of this epic battle!
We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and are confident in your victory! Your victory is our victory! Your freedom is also our freedom!
The Circassian people express their devotion to the principles of freedom, humanity and humanism and are ready to provide the Ukrainian people with all possible assistance in achieving victory over our common enemy!
We hope for further close cooperation, as well as for Ukraine to continue to be our “voice” to the international community.
With sincere gratitude and wishes for a speedy victory for the Ukrainian people,
The Circassian people on behalf of the Council of United Circassia.
President of the Council of United Circassia
Kenan Kaplan
