According to the representative of the Congress of the Oirad-Kalmitsky People, Batyr Boromangnaev, Russia, except for a few short historical periods, has never ceased to be an empire.
“A centralized system of government, aggressive expansionism, lack of subjectivity of peoples, domination, a dominant center, a vast territory controlled by the territories of residence of other peoples, a single legal system, a unified economic system – these are all signs of imperial policy that are also characteristic of modern Russia,” Batyr believes. Boromangnaev.
In his opinion, now Russia is not just an empire, but a full-fledged fascist state. The principles of the dominance of the Russian nation are laid down in the current constitution of the Russian Federation.
He stated this at the International Online Symposium “Russian Imperialism and Colonialism”.
