Dear friends!
The star of Bethlehem, rising over the wounded Ukrainian land, announces to us one of the greatest events in the history of mankind – the Christmas of our Lord Jesus Christ. In the middle of the dark night, the Light is born, capable of overcoming the darkness of disbelief and hopelessness. God descends to the suffering and disadvantaged people to establish once and for all just commandments. Commandments of love, goodness and truth.
From ancient times, the Ukrainian people have been zealous confessors of the laws of God, glorifying the Lord, preserving the Christian faith and defending their native land. From the inexhaustible source of divine love, our people drew strength, wisdom and nobility. Perhaps that is why they were so often attacked by godless Herods in different periods of our history. However, the Lord’s support and justice have always helped the Ukrainian people to stand firm.
In the modern era, a decisive battle of Light against darkness, truth against falsehood, good against evil is probably underway. On the bright side, we should in no case doubt that goodness will prevail and sincerely ask the newborn Christ that this longed-for day of the Ukrainian Victory come as soon as possible.
At the same time, for the sake of this Victory, we must all fight and work every day, each in our place. And not for a moment forget, thanks to whom we continue to live in our native land, thanks to whom we have the opportunity to celebrate Christmas. Therefore, first of all, we must offer prayers to the Lord for our Heroes – Ukrainian soldiers, who have been defending our native land from the invasion of imperial invaders for more than a decade. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have long become true warriors of the Light, who protect not only Ukraine, but also the entire civilized world from the impudent hero of modernity.
At this festive time, the Main Leadership of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (Banderites) sincerely congratulates the best sons and daughters of our land – unshakable Ukrainian warriors, and together with them – all Ukrainian brothers and sisters throughout the great Ukrainian World – on Christmas and the upcoming New Year.
Let us be strong, let us be united, let us remain faithful to Christ’s commandments. After all, with faith in God, we will definitely stand not just for one day, but for entire eras longer than our enemies!
We bow in prayer for God’s protection over the entire Ukrainian army and light candles in memory of the fallen Heroes…
May Christmas bring peace, warmth and Light to our homes. May the ringing of carols confirm faith in Victory in our families! We wish everyone the Lord’s Blessing, health, encouragement and goodness!
