During the war in Ukraine, four volunteers from the Belarusian regiment named after Kastus Kalynovsky died.

Details: The death of volunteers from the “Litvin” and “Volat” battalions is reported. The regiment maintains contact with relatives of the dead, but does not disclose their callsigns for the safety of their relatives.
Literally: “Kalynovsky’s regiment grieves together with the entire Belarusian people, who have faced another loss. With losses in the war for the independence of Ukraine and Belarus. We will never forget our brothers and, no matter what, continue the path to victory over the bloody empire.
Sooner or later, the names of the dead will be heard with pride in their native Belarus! They will sound in the names of streets, in history textbooks, and in the songs of the native people.”

- On May 16, 2022, Pavlo “Volat”, the company commander of the Belarusian Kastus Kalinovsky battalion, died in the war in Ukraine.
- On June 26 last year, six Belarusians from the regiment named after Kastus Kalynovsky did not return from near Lysychansk.
