Briefly about the draft federal budget of Russia for 2024: Expenditures on the army have been increased three times compared to pre-war times. Russia’s military expenditures for the “svo” period exceeded social expenditures for the first time. At the same time, a third of all budget expenditures for 2024 are classified.
On the surface — logical questions:
Is the financing of “important lessons”, the reproduction of “paper propaganda” for the occupied territories, and the publication of waste paper in the form of rewritten history textbooks more important than unfinished, abandoned and closed schools and hospitals in the republics of Russia?
At the expense of which categories of public sector employees will Russia fill the revenue part of the budget? Again, at the expense of doctors and teachers, at the expense of abandoned objects of transport, educational and medical infrastructure?
Are Russians (and even more ethnic republics) ready to continue throwing their incomes and their lives into the furnace of war?
