Russian dictator, Volodymyr Putin plans to carry out terrorist attacks in Belarus in order to blame Ukraine.

This was reported by the Robert Lansing Institute for the Study of Global Threats and Democracy.

After the terrorist attack in the “Crocus” shopping centre near Moscow, the Kremlin intensified the discrediting of Ukraine and does not lose hope of drawing Belarus into the war. According to European intelligence services, the Kremlin is doing everything to ensure that Ukraine “withdraws” part of its troops from the southern and eastern fronts to the northern borders.

The latest news: Russia is preparing to mobilize 300,000 troops by June 1

As a result, they would have more opportunities for maneuvering their troops in the Kharkiv or Sumy directions. This scenario confirms the warning that Russia is preparing an offensive on Kharkiv and Kyiv, according to a report by the Lansing Institute.

Also, Putin and Lukashenko want to place responsibility for future “terrorist attacks” on units of Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine. In particular, this applies to fighters from Kalinovsky’s regiment.
