When Putin started the war with Ukraine, he somehow thought that Zelensky’s team would flee to Poland, Ukrainians would greet Putin with flowers, and he would crush the “Ukronazis” in three days. And, of course, that’s exactly what happened: they received a fitting response. As of 3 May 2026, the total combat losses of Russian troops amount to approximately 1,333,200 personnel, 11,906 tanks, and 267,589 drones… Thus, since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, more than 20 Russian generals have already been killed.
