Anti-imperial Block of Nations

According to Andrii Yusov, a representative of intelligence, the defense system of the Russian Federation is ineffective and the concept of security is increasingly distant from the residents of Moscow.

On August 11, in an interview with the Kyiv Post, the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Andriy Yusov warned those living in Moscow to expect new drone attacks.

Yusov’s comments came shortly after the explosion on the Karamyshev embankment near Moscow in the morning of August 11. He said the Russian capital’s air defenses appeared unable to protect its citizens as the drone war between the two countries continued to escalate.

Yusov noted that after the increase in Ukrainian attacks in recent weeks, “the concept of security is increasingly distant from the residents of Moscow.”

“The whole world continues to see that the defense system of Russia and the country that claims a leading role in the arms market is ineffective, outdated and cannot adequately respond to modern challenges,” said the representative of the GUR.

According to Andriy Yusov, this trend can push Muscovites to the right conclusions and they will stop believing Russian television and propaganda.

What is known about the explosions in Moscow on August 11

On August 11, the Russian mass media reported that a drone was shot down in the northwest of Moscow, the debris of which fell in the area of the Karamyshev embankment.

According to eyewitnesses, a loud bang was heard and smoke was visible, the windows of the surrounding buildings were shaken, and car alarms went off. The Ministry of Defense stated that the event was an attempt by Ukraine to attack a UAV object on the territory of Moscow.

Mykhailo Podolyak , adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, spoke about the explosions that have recently become more frequent in the Russian Federation. He assured that such incidents will only increase over time due to the unstable situation in society.

It will be recalled that on August 11, it was reported that the Vnukovo airport had once again introduced the “Carpet” plan . In Russia, they closed the airspace for civilian ships, explaining it as “flight safety”. Later, an explosion rang out in the capital — Mayor Serhii Sobyanin confirmed that the wreckage of a drone fell near the city embankment.

Earlier, on August 10, Moscow was also attacked by drones . The mayor of the capital of the Russian Federation, Serhiy Sobyanin, said that the anti-aircraft defense shot down two drones.
