The court found that in May 2025, Tamara Eidelman published a video recording “containing negative statements about the USSR’s actions during the Great Patriotic War, as well as about Great Patriotic War veterans. In July of that year, the historian also disseminated false information about the Russian Armed Forces on social media, under the guise of credible reports.”

I’m glad to know her; Tamara Eidelman always told truthful stories about the colonised nations of Muscovy. As for Eidelman’s trial, Putin’s Russia has definitively transformed into a fascist state, no different from Adolf Hitler’s Nazism. Incidentally, such historians are very few in Russia; you can count them on the fingers of one hand.
