Anti-imperial Block of Nations

We, the representatives of Ukraine, Georgia, Tatarstan, Dagestan, Bashkortostan, Chechnya, Crimean Tatars, and Ukrainians from Russia, with the aim of national revival of the nations, decided:

  1. To create ABN structures, activate and strengthen the Bloc’s position in all areas of the former USSR.
  2. To join efforts to demand an international trial against the Bolshevik structure, which by its actions led to the mass destruction of nations, physically, economically and spiritually. To jointly fight for the removal of communists from power.
  3. To appeal to the World League for Democracy and Freedom with a proposal to hold a world conference in Kyiv in 1993.
  4. To create a wide network of information services with a coordination centre in Kyiv.
  5. To send a representative of ABN to Tatarstan to accept Tatar organizations in ABN: “ITSHIFAK”, youth union “AZATLIK”, as well as TOC or groups from TOC.
  6. ABN to act as a united force for national revival of nations.
  7. ABN will appeal to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with a demand to recognize the independence of the Chechen Republic and Tatarstan.
  8. The Conference of Ukrainian Nationalists interprets the events in Georgia as a communist coup against the constitutional power and national interests of Georgia. Condemning Moscow’s actions, of rebels and interference in Georgia’s internal affairs and attempts to revive the pro-Moscow regime, we express our support to Georgian nationalists and the entire Georgian nation in their struggle for the restoration of constitutional power in Georgia.
  9. ABN supports the national liberation struggle of the Chechen people and their struggle for state independence against Moscow’s expansion. Russian imperialists, hands off the free nations!
  10. ABN recognizes as legitimate the result of the referendum in Tatarstan, which took place on March 21, 1992. The conference supports the people of Tatarstan in their struggle for self-determination and state independence.
  11. The main task is the disintegration of the Russian Empire. It is necessary to consolidate so that the Russian empire is not revived.
