The young man tried to leave for Ukraine, but he was detained by FSB officers. A criminal case was opened against him

In Vladikavkaz, FSB officers detained a 20-year-old resident of the Altai Territory, who wanted to go to Ukraine and fight against the Russian army, Lenta reports  with reference to the Russian FSB Directorate for North Ossetia-Alania.

Investigators opened a criminal case under Articles 30, 275 (“Attempted treason”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The young man was arrested.

The investigation believes that a resident of the Altai Territory was against the “SWO”, so he applied to join one of the armed formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Next, he downloaded step-by-step instructions on how to get to his duty station. In December 2023, a young man came to Vladikavkaz to get from there to Georgia, and then to Ukraine.
