I will not retell everything, but the document describes step by step what to do from the first day when Moscow falls into a coma. This could be any situation in which there is a collapse of federal power. At this moment, the Sakhas write, it is necessary to quickly and in an organized manner, bring people out onto the streets. Then they see two options for the development of events. Either the decision on independence is made by local legislators under public pressure. Or the activists take power into their own hands, declaring Moscow representatives outlaws. In any option, actions should lead to the republic’s secession from the RF. Next comes freedom of speech, the release of all political prisoners and the calling of elections. I’ll leave a link to the document in the comments.
There may be many questions about the plan. But the very fact of the appearance of such a manifesto is important. There will only be one moment and you need to be prepared for it, not to sleep through it. Yes, there is uncertainty and dangerous turns ahead. But we need to get out of the Moscow rut. You cannot continue to delegate your life to those who turn everything they touch into blood and dust.
