Swedish Defence Minister Paul Jonsson answered Hallandsposten’s question about the possibility of Kyiv using Stockholm-supplied weapons for attacks on Russian territory.
“According to international law, Ukraine has the right to defend itself by conducting hostilities directed against the enemy’s territory, as long as the hostilities comply with the laws and customs of war. Sweden supports international law and Ukraine’s right to self-defence” – said the minister in a written statement.
