Not only Ukraine had its “Pereyaslav”. The path of Russian imperialism is paved with “Pereyaslavs of perfidy, treachery and violence” and towards other peoples who had the historical misfortune of seeking diplomatic and military help from Russia.
The article published by us here reminds us that Georgia also had to end its relations with Russia with “its Pereyaslav” in Georgiivsk, and literally with the same consequences.
Pereyaslav and Georgiivske are indisputable evidence that there is no common path with the Russian imperialists, even if they are in exile, because there cannot be. (Editorial)
