Anti-imperial Block of Nations

The Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (Bandera followers) declares that all necessary prerequisites have been met for this struggle, and the basis for its development should be an understanding of the danger of Moscow imperialism and the historical experience of the activity of the ABN. The time of rebirth, the time of a new ABN – the Anti-Imperialist (Anti-Putinist) Bloc of Free Nations has come.

On April 16, 1946, the First Congress of the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations (ABN) began its work in Germany, which aimed to liberate the nations oppressed by Moscow imperialism by organizing a joint front of struggle and coordination of the efforts of anti-communist forces worldwide.”

Revolutionary leaders of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN), Stepan Bandera and Yaroslav Stetsko, were acutely aware of Ukraine’s great mission and its leading role in the struggle for the freedom of nations and individuals. “Ukraine is the revolutionary problem of the world,” noted Yaroslav Stetsko, while Stepan Bandera stated that “without the national liberation of Ukraine, there can be no national sovereignty of Estonia, Lithuania…, Belarus, nations and their states in the Caucasus, Turkestan… This circumstance imposes on Ukraine, on its national policy exclusively great and decisive tasks for the success of the front of the oppressed peoples.”

In today’s circumstances, it is obvious that without Ukraine’s victory, without the punishment and repentance of the aggressor, without the division of the empire into sovereign states, without the liberation of oppressed peoples, long-term peace and security in Europe are impossible.

Today the relevance of the ideas and experience of the ABN activity is evident. Moscow is pursuing an expansionist policy that threatens the world, cynically disregarding laws, treaties, and rules. The heroic Ukrainian state is resisting the ruthless aggressors, once again standing “on the brink of two worlds” to defend freedom and independence.

Russian imperialist chauvinism ignoring the rights of peoples and individuals, continues to pursue a policy of genocide of peoples seeking national self-determination on the territory of the Russian Federation, and conducts aggressive foreign policy.

The Russian Federation is an ideological heir both to the Soviet Union and the Tsarist Russian Empire, and has its imperial traditions. It keeps representatives of oppressed nations without rights and statehood. The national consciousness of these peoples, the state of preservation of their culture, language, and customs is direct evidence of Russia’s criminal assimilation policy, which can be called a giant meat grinder. Russia grinds human destinies and turns nations into a homogeneous mass of population without a historical past or distinctive cultural features, throwing them to their deaths.

The ideological foundation of Russian imperialism is changing, and aggression against neighboring nations is being carried out under the slogans of Slavic solidarity, socialism, or the “Russian world”. The methods of the struggle are being improved, and their range varies from “cultural” expansion to direct military action, but the criminal essence of Russia’s policy remains unchanged.

As the initiator and creator of the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations, the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (Bandera followers) calls for joint struggle against Russian imperialism. The renewed ABN should mobilize and unite the nations oppressed by Moscow. The Ukrainian state and the entire civilized world are obliged to provide maximum support for any anti-imperialist actions by these nations.

The real Ukrainian Victory, as well as the triumph of the free world, will only take place on the condition of the partition of the Moscow empire of evil. It is necessary to inform the governments and peoples of all democratic states about this. Therefore, the OUN (Bandera followers) is launching an informational, communication, and diplomatic campaign to restore the activities of the Anti-Imperialist Bloc of Nations under the slogans:

A COMMON FRONT AGAINST IMPERIAL MOSCOW!

FREEDOM TO NATIONS! FREEDOM TO PEOPLE!
