John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator of the US National Security Council, announced that Russia, together with Iran, is building a plant for the production of strike UAVs in the Republic of Tatarstan in the Alabuga SEZwhich could open as early as next year. At the moment, these devices, produced by Iran and handed over to the Moscow regime, are being used to attack sovereign Ukraine, and causing significant damage to the infrastructure of Ukraine and destroying the people of Ukraine, causes the legitimate desire of Ukraine to defend itself by any means and prevent the supply of these weapons from Iran to the bloodthirsty Moscow regime. This Moscow terrorist regime, long without obtaining any consent from the Tatar people, is using Tatarstan’s weighty industrial potential for illegal barbaric attacks on neighboring countries.
The construction of such an important military-industrial facility in Tatarstan in the realities of war will become a legitimate target for destruction by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and will lead to the transfer of hostilities to the territory of Tatarstan. PJSC “KAMAZ”, PJSC “Tatneft”, KAPO im. S.P. Gorbunova, Kazan Powder Plant, Kazan Helicopter Plant OJSC, Taneko JSC, Nizhnekamskneftekhim OJSC, Gazprom Transgaz Kazan LLC, Nizhnekamskshina OJSC… The just and noble war of Ukraine to protect its lands and the Ukrainian people is more likely to lead to the victory of Ukraine. Knowing this, the Moscow occupation authorities deliberately use the resources of the occupied national republics – to increase the legitimate hatred of Ukraine against the invaders and those who support these invaders. By supporting Moscow, the collaborating government of Tatarstan “voluntarily-compulsorily” participates in the war of conquest. We responsibly declare that our native Tatarstan is an occupied territory and all its resources are used by imperial Muscovy without the consent of the Tatar people. Moreover, the Kremlin, using aggressive propaganda, like propaganda in Nazi Germany, actively misinforms the broad masses of the people and convinces them of the necessity and inevitability of a war against Ukraine. The genocide of the Tatar people also continues through brainwashing, stubborn recruitment into contract military service with obviously unfulfillable promises, illegal and forced mobilization. The terrorist Kremlin regime, with the help of propaganda and skillful manipulations, creating the image of a “Ukrainian Nazi”, seeks to hide the true face of the enemy of the enslaved peoples – that is, their own – Russia.
The decision to build a UAV manufacturing plant on the territory of Tatarstan was made in Moscow, and the occupying “government of Tatarstan” has no desire to oppose this decision. This decision aims to deliberately discredit the Tatars and Tatarstan in the eyes of the international community, seeking to shift the share of responsibility for this unjust war of conquest to the Tatars. We, as the Government of Independent Tatarstan, We resolutely declare that the Ukrainian people are not the enemy of the Tatar people, but quite the contrary – they are a friend and ally of Tatarstan in gaining independence from the Moscow occupation regime. And the war unleashed by Muscovy is criminal and inhuman. The enterprises of the military-industrial complex operating on the territory of Tatarstan, when used for the occupation of Ukraine, are legitimate military targets for retaliatory strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the plant for the production of UAVs will also become such a target. Such a scenario for the development of military events will naturally lead to catastrophic economic and humanitarian consequences in Tatarstan. These are sanctions, and isolation, and death of people, and an ecological catastrophe, and numerous consequences of a future military defeat. In 1957, the Tatars already faced an ecological catastrophe after an explosion at the Mayak nuclear plant, located in the city of Ozersk, Chelyabinsk Region. The result of this catastrophe, “skillfully hidden” by the Moscow regime from the eyes of the world community, was thousands and thousands of people suffering from the effects of radiation, tens of thousands of square kilometers of lands contaminated with radiation. Part of the population of this territory was evacuated with unthinkable brutality, but the Moscow occupation regime left the inhabitants of many Tatar villages to their fate, dooming them to a slow, painful death from the strongest radiation.
This “atrocity” was comprehensively revealed to the eyes of the whole world by the chairman of the Milli Majlis of the Tatar people Fauzia Bayramova in her book located in the city of Ozersk, Chelyabinsk region. We do not want a repeat of a similar situation in Tatarstan. Therefore, we call on all sensible representatives of the Tatar people, to the best of their ability, to sabotage the construction of this unmanned aerial vehicle plant, to prevent the participation of the Tatars in this aggressive war in every possible way, and to actively oppose the use of Tatarstan’s resources for this unjust and illegal war. Responsibility for all the consequences of participation in this war lies not only with the Moscow occupation authorities, but also with the collaborating authorities of Tatarstan.
This puppet-puppet power has already been marked with the seal of shame because of its astronomical fear, slavish submission to imperial invaders and inhuman aggressors because of the fear of losing its political and material position. These people, because of their petty whims, are unable to understand that supporting Muscovy’s imperial war against Ukraine would subject the Tatar people to genetic, economic and political destruction and collapse. Therefore, we will be forced to turn to international criminal authorities so that both the Moscow occupation authorities and the puppet authorities of Tatarstan will be held accountable in the future, both for all the harmful consequences of their participation in the criminal war, and in connection with their decision to build this UAV plant on the territory of present-day Tatarstan and the subsequent use of its products in the destruction of infrastructure and the people of Ukraine.
