THE RESOLUTION
We, members of the above six East European nations, whose countries are held enslaved by the Russian Imperialists disguised as Soviet Communists, share the uncertainties and concern about the future, which is threatened by the present tensions and arms race between the slave empire and the free West.
Contrary to the popular opinion that this tension can be eased and relations normalised by unilateral disarmament, or even balanced reductions in arms, particularly of the thermo-nuclear weapons, we believe that such claims are created and instigated by the Russian rulers to give them time to consolidate their position and fragment the Western opinion and unity, so that after such endeavours the Soviet Communists can command a more stronger position than before.
We believe that World Peace can only be achieved by the neutralisation of the Soviet Communist expansion ability, and the restoration of the once independent nations/states now part of the Soviet slave empire.
We further believe that all of this can be achieved without a global war and a nuclear holocaust, but with common determination and insistence that all parties, including the Soviet Communists, observe all current international agreements.
To achieve this, we RESOLVE
1. TO REQUEST that Western governments insist on full Soviet compliance with all existing Agreements, to which they are a signatory party.
2. TO USE ALL MEANS provided in these Agreements, particularly in the Helsinki Accord, to secure Soviet Communist observance of these Agreements, including economic and technological, as well as political considerations and sanctions.
3. TO ENSURE THAT persecution because of religious beliefs and genocide against minority nationals, presently practiced in the U.S.S.R., ceases forthwith and that the imprisoned members of the Human Rights dependency and the Helsinki Agreement observing groups are released immediately and that their activity is allowed unimpeded by the State and K.G.B.
