Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor at Voronezh State University, member of the Shevchenko Scientific Society, co-organizer of the Sloboda Ukrainian Culture Festival of the Rossosh district “City of Rossosh — Ukraine Lives in You!” (2001–2011), held in the Voronezh region, founder and head of the Ukrainian society “Pereveslo,” whose primary goal was the revival of Ukrainian culture among Eastern Slobozhanshchyna Ukrainians. He actively participated in the creation of the legendary newspaper “Skhidna Slobozhanshchyna,” published in Ukrainian in the city of Voronezh from 1992 to 1995.
