On February 4, on the occasion of Andriy Tadeusz Bonaventure Kosciuszko’s birthday, Ales Semukh, the Council of the BNR and Iryna Krasovska, the Belarusian-American Association, laid flowers at the Kosciuszko monument in front of the White House in Washington.
Kosciuszko is a political and military figure of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
