So the Ukrainian national greeting “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!” could sound on the territory of Russia, should it collapse and crumble into several independent national states.
But will it fall apart? And if it does not, can we talk about the much-desired Victory? Who believes in Russia’s recovery with Putin’s departure, that it will become a civilized country and will not start a new aggression? This has never happened, and it never will. If we don’t do it ourselves, we won’t help Russia disappear from the world map.

Head of the OUN (b) Oleh Medunytsya
This is the main message of the presentation of the new human rights project of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalist’s “Anti-Imperial Block of Nations”.
“To defeat Russia, it must be destroyed from the inside,” says Oleh Medunytsya, Head of the OUN, at a meeting with cadets of the Heroiv Krut Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization. According to his information, today, along with hundreds of our prisoners, there are about seven thousand political prisoners of various nationalities – citizens of Russia itself – in the torture chambers of Moscow.
“We want to send this exhibition all over the world, and we count on the fact that the Ukrainian diaspora will bring information about the situation in Russia to their governments, which in turn will help us achieve victory in the war with the “evil empire”, – said the Head of the OUN. He expects that in democratic countries, where governments are accountable to voters, “it will be difficult for politicians to explain why they welcome Putin if he has people sitting in prisons just for a post or a comment on social networks.”
Mobile exhibition “The real prisoners of Putin. Political prisoners of the enslaved nations” is the story of the indigenous nations of Russia based on the example of ten people who are in prison for their views: the mother of Chechen human rights defender Zarema MUSAYEVA, the activist from Kalmykia Altana OCHIROV, the journalist from Buryatia Nataliya FILONOVA, the musician and singer from the Republic of Sakha Aikhal AMMOSOV, the Bashkir scientist Airat DILMUKHAMETOVA, a blogger and designer from Kazan Parvinakhan ABUZAROVOY, the Bashkir eco-activist File ALSYNOV, a resident of Yakutsk shaman-warrior Oleksandr GABYSHEV, a public activist from Ingushetia Zarifa SAUTIEVOYA, a student-activist from Karelia Andriy VASYURENK, a journalist from Khakassia Mikhail AFANASIEV, a student from Karelia, Nikita CLUNEY and two Crimean Tatar activists: Asan Akhtemov and Raif FEVZIEV.
At the same time, answering questions about why representatives of enslaved nations fight in Ukraine, he gives a simple explanation – “impoverishment in the Russian hinterland and big money to mercenaries who go to fight in Ukraine.”
“We want to explain to these nations and these prisoners of conscience – activists wanted to explain to their people who their main enemy is. The Buryats have no interest in Ukraine. They have nothing to fight for here,” says Medunytsya and tells the cadets the story of each hero in the exhibition.
“Putin is most afraid that Russia will fall apart. He is not afraid of sanctions, he is not afraid of his political opponents, he is afraid of what one day all these nations will say – enough of giving money to Moscow, enough of giving their sons and daughters to the war in Ukraine. And then Russia will end”, believes the Head of the OUN and adds that raising the national consciousness of the indigenous nations of Russia is also one of the tasks of the Ukrainian military: “And such work is carried out in various formats, some representatives of the indigenous nations are already fighting on our side”.

The head of the OUN also cites an example when servicemen of the Russian Federation from among representatives of indigenous nations surrendered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and then received political asylum in the countries of Western Europe, in particular, France.

“It is important for us that all these nations create their representative structures because Russia can collapse very quickly. And so that there is no power vacuum. For this, we have another project – the University of Free Nations. They all understand that the future of their nations depends on how our war ends,” says Medunytsya.
The meeting was joined by the editor-in-chief of the OUN newspaper “Shliakh Peremohy (The Way of Victory)” Viktor Roh, who shared his vision of the information war against the enemy.
“Russia is not a nation, but a horde that lives on lies and robbery. Russia has never lived without attacking, always full of aggression on neighbouring territories. Who are the heroes of Russia – Ivan the Terrible, Peter I, Lenin, Stalin, Putin,” says Viktor. “They believe that Ukraine is a “spoof,” he adds.
“Russia did not attack Ukraine by accident, we never doubted that such an aggression would happen and we warned about it many years ago. This is an existential war for our nation’s survival,” said Roh.
Finally, I will add that the anthem of the OUN “We were born in the great hour” became the glory of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. What once seemed impossible has become a reality. And so it will be with our dream of the collapse of Russia and our Victory. I believe in it.
Glory to Ukraine!
