Anti-imperial Block of Nations

When an empire starts to quarrel with itself, it is no longer a policy, but a symptom. For the first time, Ramzan Kadyrov is being openly attacked by Russian propagandists. Generals who once fought against Chechnya are now fighting against its leader on TV. Banks are drawing banknotes with Grozny — and getting a new wave of national hysteria. Dmitry Korchinsky, who fought in Chechnya in the 1990s, knows what this conflict smells like: gunpowder and fear of Moscow. He says simply — “Chechnya has never been part of Russia. It was just waiting for the moment when it would become obvious.” And now that moment has come. Under the gloss of “unity of peoples,” the crack in the empire is once again showing.

This video is about the cracks in the body of the empire. About how Moscow lost its monopoly on fear and began to fear its own vassals.

Watch if you want to understand why the third Chechen war may not begin in the mountains, but in the heart of the Kremlin. Guests: Denis Kazansky – host, journalist, blogger Dmitry Korchinsky – public figure, founder of the volunteer battalion “Brotherhood”
