My report is an appeal to politicians, experts and journalists of the Collective West – primarily the United States. In 1991, as a result of existential defeat in the Third World Cold War with the West, the former USSR collapsed.
On February 1, 1992, the presidents of the United States and Russia signed the Camp David Declaration on so-called new relations. The West believed that the Camp David Declaration ended the Cold War. The world community was deceived by the declaration about the «end of history». This was the major strategic mistake of the US leadership, which caused tragedies for millions of people in the post-Soviet area and brought the world once again to the brink of nuclear war.
The entire history of relations between the U.S. and the so-called new Russia is a series of continuous strategic mistakes on the part of the United States.
The Camp David Declaration became the basis for the preparing, planning, unleashing and conducting by Moscow of the Fourth World Hybrid War against the Collective West, which began with the seizure of Crimea on February 20, 2014, as an act of historical revenge and geopolitical expansionism for the defeat of the former Soviet Union in the Third World Cold War.
Such a document could be signed only after the complete denuclearization of the post-Soviet area, the trial of the former Communist Party and the KGB, the screening of former Soviet officials and intelligence officers, and the establishment of a stable legal democratic regime.
But Russia and democracy are incompatible. Historically, Russia is a fascist empire, for this reason, it will never be a democratic state. A sustainable legal democratic regime will lead to the restoration of the statehood of enslaved nations in the Russian area and the disappearance of Russia.
Russia’s subjugated indigenous nations will raise the question? Why do we tolerate the dictate of Moscow, which is destroying us? Let us restore our independence from Moscow and build our own states. That is exactly how it will happen.
Sane anti-Russian people are opposed in the West by serious forces backed by substantial resources, both in the West and in Moscow. These are agents of Moscow’s intelligence services, the Kremlin’s useful idiots, politicians, experts and journalists who are unwilling to rethink facts, events and circumstances in accordance with reality, objective logic and common sense.
In contrast to the significantly superior forces of evil, the position on the necessity of the dissolution of the RF should be impeccable, based on international law and realities. The following theses should be used. Here are just 10 of the main theses.
1. The Collective West and Russia are antagonists. The Collective West is civilization. Russia, its opposite, is anti-civilization. Historically, the Collective West and Russia are existential enemies and they cannot exist on the same political map of the world. The West’s mistake is that the West did not allow Russia to disintegrate into several independent states in 1991 together with the former USSR. Perhaps Moscovia in its historical borders of the 16th century can be a democratic state under the rule of law, but not Russia.
2. Russia will disappear from the political map of the world with the disappearance of Putin’s regime. During its almost 400 years of existence, Russia has convincingly proved that it is always an aggressive empire, and the essence of its existence is constant territorial expansion. There is Russia, there are wars. There will be no Russia, there will be no wars.
3. Russia is constantly in imperialist wars for conquering foreign territories and enslaving enslaved nations, both by military and non-military means, or disintegrating from defeats in imperialist wars started by it. This is an accurate description of the so-called Russian historical vicious circle. Russia has never been different in the past and cannot be different in the future.
4. No nation whose state is still within the Russian Federation has ever voluntarily, by popular will, joined Muscovy, nor the Russian Empire, nor the USSR, nor the present Russia. These nations were in different historical periods occupied by force, enslaved, subjected to genocide and ethnocide, and transformed by the occupiers and their collaborators into so-called «Russians».
5. It is necessary to strongly emphasize the fact that by its especially grave international crimes, Russia has created a huge number of precedents of impunity in the world.
6. As long as Russia exists, tens of thousands of political prisoners will languish, various minorities will be persecuted, and emigration from Russia, militarization, the arms race and aggressive war against Ukraine and other countries will continue.
7. Russia will continue to be the main source of transnational organized crime, international terrorism and instability throughout the world.
8. The existence of Russia violates the norms of international law in terms of the right of indigenous nations to self-determination, and to regulate the fight against genocide, terrorism, war crimes and other international crimes.
9. In the West it is sometimes said that it is necessary to preserve Russia to fight against China. But can a colony of China fight against its metropolis? China has long been strengthening its economy at the expense of Russian resources.
10. We need to preserve Russia to prevent the uncontrolled proliferation of nuclear weapons. Does the U.S. now control the proliferation of nuclear weapons? Of course not. Evidence of this is Moscow’s deployment of nuclear weapons in Belarus in violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. And Moscow’s threats to use nuclear weapons are acts of nuclear terror. In general, all these legends of the opponents are aimed at distracting from the real reality.
What are the conditions under which Russian fascism, revanchism and imperialism will not be historically repeated?
It is, first of all, that the Sentence of the International Criminal Court against Putin and his criminal Chekist-fascist organized group will have come into force, based on the facts of planning, preparing, unleashing and conducting an aggressive war against Ichkeria, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Syria and other countries. Also based on the facts of waging the Fourth World Hybrid War against the Collective West. Exactly such a Sentence will provide a historical basis for the non-repetition of Russian fascism and imperialism. It is necessary to know! Where international criminal justice has triumphed, wars no longer arise. The war is not over until the last war criminal is condemned.
There is no other way. Therefore, it is now necessary to establish a Special International Criminal Tribunal (ad hoc) for the former USSR, similar to the Special International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
What measures should be implemented here and now to avoid the mistakes made after the collapse of the former USSR?
First of all, it is necessary to understand the Russians correctly. How to understand the Russians correctly? The imperial behaviour of Russians is similar to that of hardened alcoholics and drug addicts. Russians have made their war against the Collective West and Ukraine dependent on the existence of Russia. So, the West and the world community must do everything possible to ensure that the Russians lose this war and that Russia as a criminal, fascist, terrorist and illegitimate state entity ceases to exist. There is no other way.
After Moscow’s defeat in the Fourth World Hybrid War in Ukraine, this war should imperceptibly for most people flow into an internal (inside Russia) Hobbesian war of «all against all». There will be a significant weakening of the authoritarian fascist Putin regime. This is the basic most likely scenario.
Russia should be excluded from the UN and other international organizations. A significant change in the architecture of international security and international law is imminent. Ukraine should take Russia’s place as a permanent member of the UN Security Council. As permanent members of the UN Security Council and at the same time victorious countries in the Fourth World Hybrid War, Ukraine will be present, together with those already present since the beginning of its creation: the USA and Great Britain.
As a result of the Fourth World Hybrid War, the UN Charter will be amended and at least the so-called «veto right» will be abolished, and the composition of the UN Security Council will be expanded. The Baltic States and Poland will be included in the UN Security Council. Then, by a resolution of the UN Security Council, a Temporary International Transitional Administration will be established in the post-Russian area and international transitional justice will be established.
A Special International Criminal Tribunal for the former USSR should be established. Putin, his organized crime community, and the bulk of the Russian fascist invaders and their collaborators will inevitably be condemned. With a 90% probability Putin will not live to see his upcoming trial, he will be physically liquidated after Moscow’s military-strategic defeat in Ukraine. There is also a 90% probability that Putin’s high-ranking security officials will be eliminated or will leave this world due to natural causes.
But this does not mean that the dead are not judged. In any case, Putin and all those who, in one way or another, together with him participated in the planning, preparation, unleashing and waging of the Fourth World Hybrid War, those of them who will not live to see the trial, must be condemned posthumously. Their posthumous condemnation is necessary to ensure the non-repetition of the war and the restoration of the world’s evil empire.
In parallel, International Transitional Justice should be established in the post-Russian area.
Both within the internationally recognized borders of the Russian Federation and in the zones of its occupation there are more than three million different particularly dangerous military, state and other criminals. This is a very serious threat not only to the post-Russian space. It is a threat to peace and international security, which in the near future must be eliminated with the support of the international community.
The temporary international transitional administration must ensure the right of nations to self-determination, cleanse the newly formed authorities from the infiltration of criminal elements, auxiliaries, and servants of Putin’s criminal terrorist regime, ensure security in the post-Russian space and in particular be ready to suppress possible attempts of Moscow’s geopolitical revenge to reoccupy neighbouring territories.
Further, the implementation of the 7-d program: de-imperialization, defascization, de-communization, denuclearization, demilitarization, deputinization and debilitation of the post-Russian area.
To end the war and bring peace, Putin should have been eliminated by the US long ago. He is a greater threat to all of humanity than the world’s most notorious international terrorist.
The U.S. has a military-strategic concept called «Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS)» to launch a pre-emptive disarming rapid global strike against nuclear warhead carriers with various types of missiles, both conventional and nuclear-capable, to prevent a global nuclear war.
Within the framework of the 1st CPS all Putin’s bunkers and residences, as well as the RF national defence centre, along with Putin’s doppelgangers, Medvedev, Patrushev, Shoigu and Gerasimov, should be destroyed.
There will be no retaliatory nuclear strike from Moscow. No one without eliminated superiors will take responsibility for initiating a nuclear war. This idea must also be popularized and brought to the attention of US politicians. The important message needs to be communicated to the collective Western public that the West must be prepared for a nuclear strike on the decision-making centres in Moscow.
These are ideal scenarios to strive for, but they are being bought off by the pro-Russian foreign policy of the current U.S. administration.
Now we have almost passed a turning point in the consciousness of the US political leadership in favour of common sense, peace and security. Against the backdrop of the U.S. presidential election, windows of opportunity are opening to finally overcome pro-Russianism in the White House.
