11 October is the day when the Republic of Bashkortostan once again signed an agreement with the Russian state. Previously, we celebrated this day as the Day of the Republic of Bashkortostan or the Day of Sovereignty. A war of aggression continues in the country, more than 3,000 people from our republic have died. These figures are not final, the official authorities of Bashkortostan hide real data. After the meeting that took place in January of this year in Baymak, more than 80 Bashkirs were detained and are in isolation cells. After the signed agreement, the Bashkirs lost all their rights. We have been robbed of our language, and the barbaric seizure of our lands and the plundering of natural resources continue. We can no longer celebrate 11 October with songs and dances. This day can only be celebrated as the day of the destruction of our sovereignty. If you live outside of Russia and your rights and health are not in danger, we urge you to join the actions in support of Bashkir political prisoners. Ready-made posters for actions can be found on the pages of the Committee of the Bashkir National Movement on social networks.
