Today,6 September, we celebrate the Independence Day of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
It was on this day, in 1991, that the Chechen people proclaimed the restoration of their independence.
Before that, there were several hundred years of struggle with tsarist Russia, with the Bolsheviks, with the people surrounding Denikin. Chechens survived repression, genocide and even forced deportation. Later, in 1994, a bloody war was launched against them by the Yeltsin-Putin regime, in which every tenth Chechen died.
Now Chechens are fighting side by side with Ukrainians on the front of the liberation war against Moscow.
We are convinced that when this war ends with the defeat of Moscow, we will help the Chechen people regain their independence and Chechnya to be free from Moscow.
Glory to Ichkeria!
