Congratulations on Heroes Day of Ukraine!

This is a symbolic date that reminds us that heroes exist not only in movies or on screens — they are around us, in our lives, here and now. These are people who perform brave, important, and necessary deeds in our time and in our reality.

For Ukraine, this day carries special meaning. Heroes are not only every servicemember and every defender of their native land standing against Russian occupiers, but also every worker supporting the rear, every volunteer, every human rights defender, every politician helping draw the world’s attention and support to Ukraine, and every resident of Ukraine who, despite everything, continues to live a normal life and refuses to fall into despair to the satisfaction of enemies.

Throughout history, certain names in every nation have been remembered as symbols of victory, struggle, and valour. But behind every such name stand thousands more people whose efforts made heroic achievements possible and achievable.

We congratulate Ukraine and the people of Ukraine on Heroes Day and wish for a full and final victory over Russian imperialism.
