For hundreds of years, the Russian Empire, regardless of its name (the Moscow Principality, the Russian Empire, the USSR, the Russian Federation), destroyed, robbed, and enslaved entire nations, which it now wants to make “Russian”. But Russia is far from just “Russians”. These are Chechens, Tatars, Udmurts, Tuvans, Buryats, Bashkirs and dozens of other nations who have the potential to create national states on the ruins of the empire.
That is why today the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered the project developments of our temporary special commission on work with enslaved people. Our initiative defines the main principles, goals and tasks in cooperation with those who found themselves in the Russian yoke. The commission was created for the Day of our Independence, the bill symbolically received its number on the Day of Ukrainian Statehood.
The draft law defines the foundations of the colonialist policy of the Russian Federation. It defines key terms: colonial regime, colonial (unfree, enslaved) people of the Russian Federation, national movement, national or regional representative body, etc. Specific tasks for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence and other departments for joint actions with unfree (enslaved) nations are defined.
Project #11402 is the basis for our further policy with the people who must be free. It is necessary to accelerate the decolonization of the Russian Federation and find new allies for whom freedom, as for us, is the highest value.
Freedom for the people, freedom for man!
Congress of the Oirad-Kalmyk people
