“Soldier, we thank you
for the fact that you
give your life and moment for the love of the Motherland,
that you live in Ukraine!”
Anatoliy Lazarenko
Heroes are admired for great deeds, exceptional courage, valour, or courage in war. They say that “heroes” are not born, but made, and in important periods of life, sometimes a spark of heroism flares up in the most ordinary person. People become heroes out of necessity and often completely unintentionally. Today we see this in Ukraine, when ordinary men and women sincerely and with valour defend their native land from the Russian occupiers.
The “Day of Heroes” was founded at the Second Great Gathering of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists in April 1941 in Krakow, which determined the strategic directions of the revolutionary liberation movement of the Ukrainian people for decades to come. It is no coincidence that the document stated that: “The only way to achieve our goals is the Ukrainian Revolution in the Moscow Empire of the USSR – paired with the liberation struggle of the nations enslaved by Moscow under the slogan: ‘Freedom for nations and people!'” This narrative is still relevant today, therefore We, the nations enslaved by Muscovy, together with Ukraine are fighting against our common enemy – the prison of nations and the empire of evil – Russia!
The memory, courage and determination of heroes are remembered through poems, poems, and stories since they educate the people, who will be proud of their fearless descendants all their lives. In the modern world, public holidays are such memorable events for society, which have special historical or socio-political significance, so we support the initiative of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists – the celebration of “Heroes Day” in Ukraine at the state level on 23 May!
Today, we want to call those who sacrifice their lives for others, in the name of justice and freedom of Ukraine – Heroes!
We remember you, are proud of you and are grateful to you!
For our and your freedom!
