Japan and the ABN

According to its current state structure, Japan cannot have a large army, and today its strength is within the framework of 250,000 infantry, sea and air fleet. But every year the articles of the constitution “stretch” and in five years the military force will amount to more than 286,000 soldiers. This is what Moscow is afraid of because this force is capable of attack, not only defence. Moscow’s military forces number three and a half million, but this is the strength of a large part of the enslaved nations, who will one day take up arms against the Moscow commanders.

Professor of Economics in Moscow M. Sadlovsky at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs collects all the information about the growing Japanese economy and informs the government about his experiments. According to his information, the Japanese will soon draw raw materials from Asian countries and export their products to them, and these Asian countries will be dependent on the Japanese market and industry.
Moscow is also afraid of this Japanese influence.

Moscow also trembles at the mention of the plans of the Sata government in Tokyo regarding nuclear weapons, which Japanese technicians are quietly preparing and will quickly be able to arm military units.

No matter how Moscow considers the future potential of Japan, in every aspect they see a danger and an obstacle in the way of Moscow’s foreign policy. If in the future Japan continues to use a policy of non-alignment with Moscow’s plans, which requires forgetting about the Japanese territory occupied by Russia, then there will be danger for Muscovites.
Moscow has repeatedly courted the Sata government in Tokyo to establish closer ties in the cultural, scientific, and economic fields, but the Japanese turn a blind eye and pretend they don’t hear. The Japanese government is all too aware that behind the Muscovite’s friendly courtship lies a hideous idea, which aims to divert their attention from the main goal: the liberation of their territories from the hostile occupation of the Muscovite.

Moscow has a fairly large fifth column in Japan, consisting of socialists and communists of various shades, who are mainly opposed to the defence treaty between America and Japan, as well as to American military bases on the Japanese islands. In the 1967 elections, the socialists and communists had 175 representatives elected to the House of Representatives in Tokyo, and in 1969 their number fell to 135, which the liberals and the Buddhist Komei party took advantage of. When American troops leave Japan next year, the edge of hatred should turn against Moscow!

At the same time, the uprising in Ukraine and all other nations under the yoke of Moscow must have a parallel in the East, where the Japanese will reclaim their territory, which will have positive consequences in the course of the revolution. Already today, radio transmissions should be established on the islands closest to Moscow, from where the call to revolution would spread across the vast expanses of Asia, in the cities and villages where thousands of Ukrainians and other nationalities persecuted by the Muscovites, who have served hard labor and live there.
Japanese techniques are glorious in the field of radio waves and in the farthest corners, where our brothers suffer in prisons and concentration camps of the far north, can feed them with the spirit of great days to come.

The Soviet army must have a separate place in radio transmissions, because a large part of it holds weapons that it will turn against its occupier, just as in 1917.

The first revolution of 1905 was not successful because there was no organized cooperation between the nations of the Moscow Empire, like today’s ABN, to coordinate and manage the liberation revolutions, and also our natural ally in the East – Japan, had no contact with Ukraine. This was exactly the case in 1917 when Ukraine stopped the white and red Moscow hordes in bloody battles, but not all nations could throw off the rule of the Muscovites, and therefore died for “Mother Russia.” In the future national revolution, Ukrainians must have an appropriate number of liaisons in the armies of other nationalities, as well as liaisons of other nationalities in their departments.

Already today, great importance must be attached to the production, and at the appropriate time, to the distribution of leaflets from the air, which would contain instructions on how to destroy the economic and military bases of the enemy: to tear down water, gas and oil pipes, to cut telephone and electrical connections, due to what will be non-functioning radar, radio stations and all government equipment. To create panic among the enemy authorities by setting administrative buildings on fire. Blow up oil storages, gas storages — this fuel reserve. Interrupt railway tracks, destroy bridges, destroy planes in hangars. Mass leaflets must be dropped over military barracks, because this will have a decisive influence on the course of the revolution, and pilots from non-Russian nations will form an air fleet of rebel forces to bombard cities and positions.

Alliance leaflets dropped en masse over Germany in the last war, had an impact, because the population was falling morally, foreigners at work in Germany committed sabotage, and special departments were appointed to hunt them down. Also, counterfeit money and ration cards must be distributed en masse, causing economic chaos.

Every national organization that is in the ABN should already today have the text of the leaflets, produce them by the millions, and at the “decisive moment” spread them throughout all the cities and villages of their country.

Currently, several “mobile” radio stations must operate from the waters of the Sea of ​​Japan, and such cities as Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Birobidzhan, Nikolaevsk, Magadan, Okhotsk, all three Kolyma, Blagovishchensk, Kamchatka and Sakhalin will listen to them because there are many
Ukrainian and foreign supporters. And our young sailors are in ports on ships.

We need to get rid of the idea that the Americans, the English, the French, or the Germans will help us to liberate ourselves. The Americans could give us Kennan’s “one-indivisible” concept, whose writings are based on Moscow writers (German Foreign Policy, A.N. Kracilnikow): “When you free yourself, you will be free, when someone frees you, they will take you into captivity.” An often repeated and true thought.

Napoleon tried to break Russia, but he did not see the potential of Ukraine and other nations in 1792-1812 and shamefully lost. This same blasphemy was repeated by Hitler a century and a half later. Hetman Mazepa’s plans for help from the Swedish king Charles XII in 1709 ended in tragedy for Ukraine, because the young Charles underestimated the growing Moscow moloch (lizard).

We return to our concept of relying on own strength. Why should we always be at the tail end of history, and not its creator? Diplomacy abroad conducted by the head of the ABN, Yaroslav Stetsko, is a huge contribution to the foundations of the future Independent Ukrainian State, gaining supporters to fight against Moscow and organising the enslaved nation of Eastern Europe and Asia into a united front for national liberation! The military headquarters of the ABN must start and consolidate the revolution – relying solely on its own forces.
