Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have always perceived their countries as openly occupied by the USSR. This fact clarified the unnatural situation within the USSR, and these countries were waiting for the end of this nightmare of annexation. The peoples of the Baltic countries were unable to break either the purges, repressions, deportations, or Russification, which was imposed both in everyday life and at the official level and was perceived by the historical society as cultural violence.
On August 23, 1989, more than 2 million citizens of the Baltic countries lined up in a live chain with a length of about 670 km, connecting 3 capitals – Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn. Thus, they showed their will to freedom and achieved it!
But the war unleashed by Russia in Ukraine shows that there is no complete feeling that nothing threatens the Baltic countries, and there can be no confidence in this either, since coexistence with a country with unceasing imperial ambitions, confirmed by history, in which a totalitarian regime of revanchists is in power, is always will carry a huge danger. Therefore, we, the representatives of the nations occupied by Muscovy until today, call on the Baltic countries

, Poland
, Ukraine
and Finland
for strategic cooperation on the peaceful and controlled decolonization of Russia for future peace and tranquility on the entire Eurasian continent!
Let the “Baltic Way” serve as an inspiration and a symbol of liberation for those who are still fighting for freedom today!
Congratulations to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia on the biggest win in their history! Victory to Ukraine! Freedom to the people enslaved by Russia! Free Tatarstan!
Sincerely yours,
