Amid the alarming sounds of front-line cannonades, amidst the ominous roar of rockets and shaheeds, in their homes, and often in shelters-dens, the unconquered Ukrainian nation celebrates the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ. From the inexhaustible source of our faith, we draw strength for struggle and resistance. Deep prayerful hope strengthens our hearts with courage and confidence. Noble brotherly love unites us in joint efforts for the sake of Victory!
Despite all the trials and obstacles, a special holiday carol quietly sounds over God-blessed Ukrainian communities. It warms with warmth all our soldiers who heroically defend their native land. It also resounds, glorifying the newborn Christ, in all corners of the great Ukrainian World. Its echo can be heard in those Ukrainian cities and villages that are waiting for their liberation from the hands of the bloodthirsty Herod of the 21st century.
With God’s help, we will definitely return all our territories to a single united State, having achieved the final Victory over the new evil! We will sing loudly again and again as a large, united Ukrainian family, remembering all the living and fallen Heroes!
