Anti-imperial Block of Nations

1937-2025 political repressions continue…

On 5 February 2025, at 13:00, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan, a trial will be held for the 73-year-old veteran of the Tatar national movement, a patriot of the Tatar people Zinnur Agliullin. According to the investigation, Agliullin allegedly compared life in Russia to a “prison” in which “Russians work for the administration.” “They were put in place to prevent other nations from gaining independence so they would not escape this prison.” But isn’t he right?

However, in Tatarstan, repressions against Tatar national activists and their relatives are gaining new momentum! Even the children of activists are becoming victims of persecution…

We, Tatars, are a free people, not slaves of Russia! Turkic-Tatars are a state-forming ethnic group that once had its own independent states and a great history, our people keep in their souls the genetic memory of the glory of bygone years and memories of their great ancestors.

A distinctive feature of the Tatar character has always been generosity and tolerance towards other nations, their cultures, traditions and faiths. However, the colonizers living next to the Tatars – the Muscovites, always regarded this as a softness of character and weakness, so they began to use the favour of the Tatars for their own selfish purposes, namely – they only needed service Tatars. Undoubtedly, the Tatar people with such a great past, and glorious history, having suffered enormous losses and tragedies, should not disappear without a trace from the face of the earth, and this is what Zinnur Agliullin fought for many years.

Dear Tatarstan residents, colleagues, comrades, associates, and people of goodwill, please take an active part in the court hearings on the case of Zinnur Agliullin. Those who cannot attend or live in foreign countries are asked to send letters and telegrams to support Zinnur Agliullin. We also ask journalists to give wide publicity to the progress of this court hearing!

Court address:  423831, Republic of Tatarstan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Novy Gorod, 43rd complex, 16, 7th floor, judge Bondareva.
