– This is a typical place where the Mavic team finds the enemy. As soon as they spot him, we drop ammunition, grenades, and RPGs on him. Here you can see a Mavic dropping grenades on the enemy. Our intelligence team finds them with a Zoom and thermal imager, and then we use bombers to fly in, shoot them down and drop grenades on them. The Russians are hiding in buildings, in burrows, and the drone flies higher and drops the ‘payload’ into these burrows or onto the building,” says the International Legion UAV operator.
