An enemy Mi-28 attack helicopter was blown up in the Tver region of Russia. The explosives were planted by a partisan who infiltrated the runway.
This was reported by the partisan movement “People’s Resistance of Ukraine”, Channel 24 reports.
What is known about the Mi-28 helicopter that was blown up in Russia?
A partisan infiltrated the territory of the 344th Army Aviation Combat Training and Retraining Centre, located in the Tver region. He planted explosives under the landing gear of an Mi-28.
The “People’s Resistance of Ukraine” recalled that the Russians often use Mi-28 attack helicopters to strike Ukraine.
“The consequences of the sabotage are obvious. The Russians can only guess how many more “wheels on trucks” and “drones” will explode on the territory of other military airfields,” the resistance movement wrote.

They indicated that the 344th Central Aviation and Aviation Training Centre is the only centre in Russia where pilots master all types of combat helicopters and complex aerobatics. The cost of the Mi-28 helicopter is $18 million.

By the way, on 2 August, the Ukrainian Defence Forces launched a precision strike on Russian military facilities in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the operation, the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system of the Russian occupation forces was destroyed using long-range fire.
