Recently, the share of oppression by Muscovy and security forces in the national republics of national leaders, activists, journalists and people who are against Russia’s mobilization and war in Ukraine has increased significantly. Therefore, these days, during the oppression in the Republic of Tatarstan, patriots of the Tatar nation who are not indifferent to lawlessness, despite the great risk to their safety and freedom, began to picket under the slogan “Independent National Republic of Tatarstan.”
This single picket in Kazan was also aimed at attracting public attention to the extension of the arrest of Radio Liberty journalist Alsu Kurmasheva until April 5.
