The sanctions list included:
Director of the Artek camp, Konstantina Fedorenko;
Head of the so-called “Youth Army” of Sevastopol, Vladimir Kovalenko;
Rector of the Sevastopol State University, controlled by the Nazis, Vladimir Nechaev.
Among the restrictive measures introduced by Japan are the freezing of assets, as well as a ban on financial and trade relations.
