HUR representative Andriy Yusov, in a comment to the UP, noted that “RDK”, “Legion of Freedom of Russia” and “Siberian Battalion” are units made up of citizens of the Russian Federation.
“On the territory of the Russian Federation, they act completely autonomously, independently, fulfilling their socio-political programme tasks. After all, these are not the first such actions of these structures and organizations on the territory of the so-called Russian Federation. Currently, we are talking about a joint operation of the “RDK”, “LSR ” and Sibbat on the territory of Russia,” he emphasized.
